Fall is in the Air

 

Brisk breezes have been gracing the midwest recently and I took advantage of them to show off my new floral print blazer.

While "curtain" shopping over Labor Day weekend I scored this light weight floral print blazer. This fabulous blazer is part of the Lauren Conrad collection at Kohl's which has recently been clearanced. Get this, I only paid $7 for it.... How much better could this blazer be?!

 

I'll be posting more on dressing this blazer up or down but I personally like this more casual look with a simple embellished white tank, colored skinnies, and neutral accessories.

 

 Nothing says fall more to me than mustard colored pants! And they go perfectly with the flowers on my new blazer. I actually bought them on sale last year and just looked them up online to link them... they're still at Target and on sale!

Labor Day Weekend

I hope everyone had a great labor day weekend!

 

Saturday my mom and I travelled out of town to curtain shop. We are repainting a majority of our house and having one heck of a time finding the perfect curtains for our living room. The weather is cooling off a bit so I thought I'd wear these fabulous pants I recently found on sale at JC Penney for $8 (what a steal!!)

 

These are some of my favorite shoes, I wore them my senior year to prom and haven't found much reason to wear them since, considering they're about 5 inches tall and make me a giant.

 

 Recently I've been reliving my childhood a little bit by watching Dawson's Creek; which I watched with my mom when I was about 4 years old. This little photo shoot for some reason makes me think of the show
